With over fourteen years of litigation experience attorney, Adelina Y. Gonzalez, has a wealth of experience litigating Medical Malpractice, Tort law, Family Law, Inheritance Law, Property Law, and Employment Law. Attorney Gonzalez graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pontific Catholic University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Law. Subsequently, she was admitted to the University of Puerto Rico Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree.

Since obtaining her license to practice, she has litigated on behalf of her clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court in Bond Hearings, Master Hearings, and at trial in Individual Hearings fighting for reliefs such as Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Protection under the Convention Against Torture, and/or Cancellation of Removal. She has also represented clients in Credible Fear, Affirmative Asylum, Family Petition, and Adjustment of Status proceedings before USCIS, as well as, Order of Supervision proceedings before ICE.
