CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
Gary oversees the day-to-day management of the firm with a focus on business planning and strategic direction defining its practices and policies. He also oversees the administrative departments including financial services, human resources, information technology, customer service, marketing, practice support, pricing, recruitment, professional development, and government relations.
He earned his bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Hofstra University graduating magna cum laude before completing his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee, College of Law.
Upon graduation, he became the Legislative Counsel for Corporate Taxation and International Trade to Rep. Raymond J. McGrath (NY-5), a member of the Committee on Ways & Means, U.S. House of Representatives. His successes led him to serve over a quarter-century representing many of the country’s largest corporations as a registered legislative advocate before both houses of the U.S. Congress and federal agencies and to testify as a Subject Matter Expert/Expert Witness before the Committee on the Judiciary in the U.S. Senate.
As a former professor of law at the LL.M. program of International Business and Trade Law at the Washington College of Law at American University; advocate on Capitol Hill; and Disaster Recovery Specialist in the Office of Disaster Assistance at the U.S. Small Business Administration; Gary brings a wealth of experience in legislative and governmental policy.

Born in Lima, Peru, Gunther Sanabria emigrated to the United States in 1991. The hardships along his journey inspired a desire to help others and a need to persevere through all obstacles.
Gunther earned his bachelor’s degree in 1998 from the University of Florida and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s School of Law. He also possesses a Master of Laws in International Trade from American University.
Post-graduation, he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and to the District of Columbia’s Bar in 2006, where his initial area of practice was criminal law. His discerning nature and in-depth knowledge of the law led to his assignment to the Domestic Violence Division of the Palm Beach County Office of the State Attorney of Florida.
